how can a pillow be too soft and too hard at the same time?!? It was too soft so it kind of felt like not using one at all. Aside from the overcrowding because they apparently sell tickets to the pool even if you're not staying at the hotel, my kids refused to get in because the water was kind of brown. She also paid the porcelain price and ultimately decided to go home early. My kid, who drove out to spend time with use shared my meal. In fact I spent more time in the bathroom than I did time with my family or on the casino floor. Let's just say I got intimately involved with all the bathrooms. Since we couldn't get in our room we decided to eat in the café. If you're going to charge quadruple the price of a hotel because you're a 'resort' you should at least offer free wifi. Seriously even grocery stores are giving free internet access these days. But they don't give you a discount for the time they keep you out of your room. I waited two hours for my room keys because they were behind schedule. $450 for one night!! But you don't even get 24 hours. That being said, I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. It was so completely overbooked and crowded. I'm going to take at least some responsibility here.
